How to choose an alternative

A cheaper sticker price only saves money if the new tool covers what you use. Before you switch, work through these four steps:

  1. List what you use in a normal month. Is it broadcasts only, or sequences, tags, landing pages, a course or webinars? Anything the new tool leaves out has to be bought somewhere else.
  2. Price it at your list size, at renewal. Use the tier your list will reach before the next billing date, not today's count. Compare monthly prices with monthly, and yearly with yearly.
  3. Check what migration help is included. systeme.io moves your business free on Unlimited monthly or on any annual plan, and its plans aren't refundable. Kit includes migration with every paid plan.
  4. Plan the move so nothing breaks. Forms, automations, redirects for pages that get search traffic, and a test import before you prepay.
